Call for estimated delivery date. All orders will be shipped FedEx ground unless specified and buyer/distributor will pay shipping. FOB Albuquerque, NM. WARRANTY INFORMATION: Any damage claim due to shipping must be reported to SMD within one week from delivery. Damaged item must remain in original shipping box for a claim to be processed. There are no partial claims. Product warranty (outside of normal wear and tear) is a standard 1 year from date shipped from SMD factory. Customers should understand no items are stocked by the factory. Stone Mather Designs must agree upon any exchanges or returns before any product is returned. Contact Customer Service for Return Authorization. Generally all orders placed are final and returns will not be accepted unless product is determined to be defective within our product warranty period. |
